WHAT’S NEXT?
Review the information contained in this site. Complete the Information Request Form and submit it to us for review. If you qualify C K Marketing, Franchising & Licensing LLC will contact you to schedule an interview and a tour of one of the De La Cruz Deli Restaurants. Should we both agree that this can be a partnership that is beneficial to all concerned you will receive a copy of the Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document. The UFDD contains details concerning De La Cruz Deli Restaurant’s and C K Marketing, Franchising & Licensing LLC’s relationship to you, a copy of the Franchise Agreement and a copy of the Development Agreement should you be interested in owning more than one restaurant.
Once fourteen (14) days have passed and you have thoroughly review the Disclosure Documents, had all your questions answered, and you are ready to begin; simply sign the appropriate documents, pay the initial fees and we will schedule your training secessions.
